If you give flash drives or gift certificates, you might be able to distribute more (as opposed to just buying 1 iPod and raffling it off). All of these sound like good incentives and would attract students.
I would show up for any of these things! Here's another idea to toss out there: how about a couple of sheet pizzas? Pizza and soda offers immediate gratification and is not too expensive.
